September 1 Reset: Class Tuning, Bonus-Roll Lock, and Raid Finder Wing 3
Tomorrow’s weekly maintenance brings the week-two class pass, raid Bonus Rolls locked to loot-eligible bosses, Venomous Abyss Raid Finder Wing 3, and September’s Trading Post.
September 1 (NA; EU follows on the 2nd) is the second “real” Season 2 reset — class tuning, a loot-rule change, and the next Raid Finder wing all land together.
What’s unlocking
- Class tuning — Frost DK, Prot Paladin dungeon damage, BM/Survival, several healers, and a long PvP defensive trim (full rundown)
- Bonus Rolls — raid coins only fire on bosses you are still loot-eligible for that week, per difficulty (Kaivax’s note)
- Raid Finder Wing 3 — The Serpent Warren (The Lost Explorers, Sszorak)
- September Trading Post — Crested Ember Leafmimic Traveler’s Log mount plus BlizzCon Outlet vendors in Dornogal and Silvermoon (preview)
What to do before / after reset
- Spend Bonus Rolls on a boss you can still loot this lockout — extra Heroic reclears will not give another coin after maintenance
- Finish timed keys and raid bosses that feed this week’s Great Vault
- Hold spark / crest / craft decisions until you see post-tuning sims if you are on a spec in Linxy’s list
- Queue RF Wing 3 once realms are up if you still need those two bosses on Finder
The Race to World First is in the last room on Mythic. Vantus Runes used on Coiled Altar this lockout reset with maintenance — that is the first Ula’tek Vantus window for the three 7/8 guilds.
