RWF: Echo Leads Coiled Altar After Breaking Nightfall Shield
Echo and Method punch through Coiled Altar’s Eternal Nightfall shield on the EU day; Echo leads mid-Phase 2 while Liquid farms gear before the NA night.
The overnight Coiled Altar lead did not survive EU primetime. Echo and Method both broke the Eternal Nightfall shield Liquid ended on, and Echo is first at 6/8.
Shield break, then fear
Phase 2’s next gate was that shield. Echo punched through it on pull 49 at 66.7% remaining and wiped to a raid-wide fear — Method’s desk called that the hurdle before the phase goes deeper.
They cleared it. New bests stacked through the afternoon:
- Echo pull 55: 55.8% P2 (from 66.7%)
- Method pull 87: 57.1% P2 (from 67.1%)
- Echo pull 61: 46.4% P2 (from 55.8%)
Method’s live board has them a couple of points back at 48.5% P2. Raider.IO’s last combat-log pulls (both ~18:50 UTC) are 72 attempts for Echo and 110 for Method. Percentages here are remaining boss health — lower is better.
No Phase 3 look yet. No World First.
Lunch on the Lair
Midday they left the altar for Tidebound Grotto. Echo took World 2nd Mythic Nymrissa Wavecaller and farmed extra kills; Method converted World 3rd after six Mythic splits of the same boss. Then it was back to Coiled Altar.
Average item level on Method’s comparison board: Echo 320.5, Method 320.3.
Liquid’s homework
Liquid logged in to keys, more Nymrissa (chasing Wavecaller’s Seastone), and maybe a Timewalking Ulduar ticket — roughly two item levels behind the EU pair on their last altar pull (318.5). Their Coiled Altar best is still last night’s: Raider.IO 59.6% remaining, 61 pulls, last at 05:54 UTC.
