Hotfixes September 4: Ula’tek Ingested Venom, Antivenom Trinket, Enhancement 4-Set
September 4 publishes an Ula’tek overlap close — Ingested Venom no longer applies on a Serpent’s Bite target — plus healer Antivenom trinket numbers, Enhancement’s 4-set, and a Balance reach tweak.
September 4 is the first published hotfix list since September 3. No class-tuning wave. The raid beat is another Mythic Ula’tek overlap close, not a health cut.
Ula’tek
Player-facing for the Race to World First:
- Ingested Venom can no longer apply on a target already affected by Serpent’s Bite
Wowhead’s read: the two auras were stacking on the same player and creating a nasty overlap. This is a targeting close, not the Caustic Waves swim-under from the day before.
Classes
- Balance — Stellar Amplification tracks in the Cooldown Manager. Twin Moons range now scales with the target’s combat reach, so it can hop farther on large enemies
- Enhancement — Venomous Abyss 4-set again increases the upfront damage of Crash Lightning
Items and housing
Preternatural Antivenom was under-performing for healers: the absorb cap was too low, and the heal was a smaller share of incoming damage than intended. Both are corrected.
Some non-set class-armor pieces no longer look eligible for a second Catalyst convert.
Vacation Season — collecting a Secret Souvenir now grants Endeavor achievement credit. Players who already lost the credit should see it catch up when they enter a housing neighborhood.
