Hotfixes August 19: Raid Door Fixed, Aman'muso Main-Hand Only Again
Day-two Season 2 hotfixes repair Venomous Abyss pathing and boss bugs, revert Aman’muso to main-hand, unstick Vaults / Delve quests, and clean up class bugs.
Blizzard followed Season 2 launch with an August 19 hotfix pass aimed at raid soft-locks, quest blockers, and a controversial weapon change.
Venomous Abyss
- Twin Fangs room door now reopens so groups can backtrack to the entrance
- Fixes for Nek’zali leash, Vashnik Shrouded Venom evade, Lost Explorers Gebbo despawn, Twin Fangs Coiling Ichor performance, and post-boss pathing
- Coiled Altar no longer ending early; Hex Lord / Zul’jan intermission health regain tuned

Aman’muso, Warlord’s Vengeance is main-hand only again
- Devs: letting it go either-hand was more disruptive than intended and created bad incentives for some specs. Zatha’tek is unchanged (still either slot).

Conqueror’s Venomous Lacquer should correctly add PvP item level to tier shoulders
Quests, Delves, classes
- Seasonal Refresher: Midnight completable again
- Vaults weeklies / Toxic Tour no longer soft-lock if you already hold Trovehunter’s Bounty
- Vaults of Atal’Utek weekly no longer shows two Sparks (UI typo only)
- Step Into the Light works for players above 80 again
- Class bugfixes for Unholy DK, Resto Druid Rejuvenation, Marksmanship Rapid Fire, Ret Radiant Glory, Totemic Whirling Water, and more
- Dungeon fixes in Blinding Vale, Ruby Life Pools, and Temple of Sethraliss
