Patch day is done. Here’s a tight pre-season checklist for August 12 while Season 2 content stays gated until August 18.
Priority farms
- Coiled Isle outdoor — Curse Surges, Vaults of Atal’Utek, Pinnacle Caches (Season 2 Veteran)
- Mythic 0 on the new dungeon pool (including Altar of Fangs) — Champion 1/6 on a weekly lockout this week only
- Tidebound Grotto World Lair — weekly lockout, Season 2 Veteran BoP
- Hard Mode Prey — more Season 2 Veteran gear
- Delves 1–11 and ? Nemesis — push while you wait for Bountiful/keys next week
Don’t forget systems
- Season 2 Great Vault credit is already accruing (claim Aug 18)
- Crafting Sparks are dropping — save materials for week-one crafts
- Housing Blueprints / Pet Beds and Discord guild linking are live if you want a downtime project
- Twitch Drop for Sorcerer’s Grassy Garb is active through September 8
Raid, Mythic+, rated PvP, and higher Lair difficulties still wait for next week’s reset.
